Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you ship within India and internationally?

Yes. I ship across India and worldwide. International shipping is now available.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by messaging me directly on Instagram, WhatsApp, or email. Simply share the piece you’re interested in, and I’ll personally guide you through availability, timelines, pricing, and payment.

Please note: Most pieces are made to order, and availability may vary. I’ll always let you know before confirming your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Once your order is confirmed, I’ll share secure payment details. I accept UPI, bank transfer, and Google Pay. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

 International :

I offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 per order applies.

International:

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination and weight. The final shipping cost will be shared with you before payment confirmation.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes as per your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock pieces usually ship within 48 hours. Made-to-order designs are dispatched within 3–7 working days. Shipping timelines may vary slightly during busy periods.

How long will delivery take ?

 Within India:
Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

International:
International delivery generally takes 10–21 days, depending on the destination and customs processes.

What is your return and exchange policy?

I accept returns or replacements only if an item arrives damaged or if the wrong item is sent. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the issue so I can review it. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

I do not accept returns for jewellery that has been worn, used, or damaged after delivery. As each piece is handcrafted in small batches, the exact same item may not always be available for replacement. In such cases, I’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and paid for.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, please avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. For silver pieces, I recommend using a silver polishing cloth to restore their shine.

Brass and copper will naturally develop a patina over time — part of their rustic charm. You can wipe them with a soft cloth, clean them gently with lemon juice or vinegar (my preferred eco-friendly method), or use Brasso as a chemical alternative. I always recommend the organic method first, as it’s safer for both your jewellery and the environment.

Store your pieces in a soft pouch or separate compartments to prevent scratches. For leather cords, keep them away from water and oils, and clean gently with a dry cloth. To make them last, I also suggest removing your jewellery before sleeping, swimming, or any vigorous activities.

What makes your jewellery special?

Every piece I create is slow-made by hand, carrying subtle variations that make it truly one of a kind. No two pieces are ever exactly alike — each celebrates the raw, rustic beauty of artisanal craft, infused with care and intention.

Treasured Elements

About

I’m Achumi Murry Zaman, the maker behind Treasured Elements, where earthy materials meet intentional design through slow, thoughtful craft. Based in Guwahati, Northeast India, I design and create each piece by hand, honouring the textures, imperfections, and strength of the materials.

My creative journey began in hairstyling, where I learned to work with flow, form, and texture to bring out beauty in people. In 2009, I discovered jewellery-making — a self-taught path that allowed me to slow down, focus on family, and explore a more mindful rhythm of creativity. From simple beginnings, this craft has grown into a practice that continues to inspire and fulfil me.

At Treasured Elements, rustic artistry meets wearable design. I work with raw brass, copper, silver, gemstones, and organic materials — hand-forging, hammering, and wire-wrapping each piece with care and attention. Every creation is made by hand and carries its own story - bold yet timeless, raw yet refined.

Influenced by tribal, boho, and contemporary aesthetics, my jewellery holds a rustic charm while remaining versatile for everyday wear and meaningful moments alike. For me, making jewellery is more than craft — it’s a way to explore, express, and grow with each piece.

Handmade. Rustic. Ever evolving.
Thank you for valuing slow craft and the hands behind it.
